So what is a Sunday like for the manfriend and I
when we have cravings?
When it’s cold out we think.. mmm delicious Korean food! So for lunch we hit up Sura, and by the time
we finish lunch our tummies call for some dessert, so what’s the nearest
Moxie’s for a White Chocolate Brownie?
So babe drives me to Market Mall for a White Chocolate Brownie, and we
stuff our tummies with yummy dessert and we walk it off and no big deal before
we leave the mall we stop by the food court and hit up New York Fries, and accompany
our fries with cheese sauce. And because you get thirsty after eating fries, you need to have some bubble tea from Ten Ren's.
And this is why I appreciate a real man that can keep up with my eating habits.
So give into your cravings? In moderation?
Because ohsotedious said so!

Hair & Makeup: B.B Cream
So when I want something, I go on a mission, and when I am slowly growing an obsession it escalates within seconds, and because of a slow day at work flipping through magazines does not help. So there it was a full page of B.B creams (Blemish Balm [Asia] / Beauty Balm [North America]) that are coming to North America, B.B creams got super polar in Asia years back, what this spectacular cream is suppose to do is provide protection from the sun’s rays, whiten and provide wrinkle care, even out the skin tone like a cover-up and moisturises as well. So who in their right mind would not want to get their grimy hands on this sucker? So I did some internet browsing and found a really popular one that’s found at Sephora made by Boscia, so a stop after work was definitely in order.
So do do do, I walk into Sephora and ask one of the girls to help me locate this B.B cream and guess what, it has its own little waiting list, so I was like “never you mind Boscia”, I’ll look for another brand, so they had Too Faced and Smashbox to offer and I was not sold I did however snatch a little sample of the Too Faced one, and so I went to the Bay took a peek at Estee Lauder and they were sold out of my skin tone, and only had the darkest tone.
So then I was why not try the Korean grocery store by Northland, and there I picked up my first B.B cream, and thus began an obsession.
Missha B.B Boomer $18.99 (CAD)
Goes hand in hand with Missha Perfect Cover B.B, acts as a shimmery primer. The only downside, it sort of smells like old lady powder, but it makes your B.B cream look smooth, fresh and well mosturized.♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥
Missha Perfect Cover B.B (NO.21) $23.99 (CAD)
At first the cream looks as though it is almost an ashy cover up, but once it oxidizes it makes your skin look fresh and smooth, nice and light and let’s your skin breathe and with that I can say I am such a fan.♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥
Missha Signature Real Complete B.B Cream (NO.21) $34.00 (CAD)
A little too heavy for my liking, I prefer Missha Perfect Cover♥♥♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥
And of course just because I couldn't get B.B cream at Sephora it didn't stop me from purchasing a few odds and sods from Sephora.
Got to love material habits, oh grief..
that tis' your ohsotedious

Tummy Chronicles: Sushi Bar Zipang
So another long week of work, and after a long week and a long Saturday workday the best thing to do is EAT! And the manfriend was awesome enough to call and make a reservation for 7:00pm, because this little restaurant seriously gets pack. And I have heard numerous praises on how awesome and fresh the sushi is here, and also hearing from the manfriend that his coworkers also enjoy the food there, I was sold.
And as we walked up to the outside somehow it was not what I was expecting from the name of the restaurant, in my head I was thinking more modern, but it was super adorable and traditional. I was pumped for sushi! And like previous posts of mine, I have probably let you know that I really enjoy different and interesting rolls, well this was sure a disappointment, without thinking babe ordered the Zipang roll and I ordered the House Special Roll, and by the time the rolls came out, they looked almost identical, they tasted almost identical, but they had 1,2,3,4..Four different types of seafood in them, it was quite disappointing, the rolls were not rolled very neatly, they crumbled to the touch, and our Zipang roll was hardly even cut up into pieces. The seafood was delicious though, fresh and chunky. Hehe.
Bonita Flake and Deep Fried Tofu ♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ Only 2pcs, but none the less yummy.
Special Scallop (Scallop, Flying Fish Roe, Mayo) ♥♥♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ I didn’t like the Mayo, I thought every sushi place used the same brand of mayo, but for some reason this mayo was kind of tasteless.
Toro (Belly of Tuna) ?????/♥♥♥♥♥ Manfriend’s Toro, I didn’t even touch it. Haha
Shake (Salmon) ♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ Fresh.
Uzura Tamago (Quail Egg) on Masago (Capelin Roe) ♥♥♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ The Masago was sort of bitter. Weird.
Maguro (White Tuna) ♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ Super fresh.
Smoked Salmon ♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ Super super fresh. Haha they were all the same level of freshness.
Spicy Tuna Roll (Tuna, Green Onion, Spicy Sauce, Lettuce) ♥♥♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥
Zipang Roll (Tuna, Crab Meat, Sweetened Omelet, Flying Fish Roe, Avocado, Lettuce, Capelin Roe) 8pcs ♥♡♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ The Masago also mad this whole roll bitter here and there, not impressed with how poorly it was rolled. Wasn’t even cut into pieces. The Sweeten Omelet was also dry not moist, hence deducting a ♥.
House Special Roll (Tuna, Salmon, Prawn, Avocado, Capelin Roe, Lettuce) 4pcs ♥♥♡♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥ Fell apart too fast, and tasted almost identical to the Zipang roll even with the different seafood in it.

Buzzworthy Randoms: Monster (Vivienne Tam Butterfly) Headphones
So I actually saw these pretty little monsters a little while back and I was definitely tempted to buy a pair, but they were pretty pricey and for the reviews about Monster headphones I was quite apprehensive. But then last week on a Wednesday I just happen to be browsing around on Futureshop and saw they were a whopping $69.99 CAD instead of $79.99 CAD and yes that was the decision maker. So do do doo, I make my way into Futureshop pick up a box, and happily stroll along to the cash register, paid for them and went on with my day. After a long day of running errands and shopping, I finally made it home, excited as ever to open and take a few shots of these little monsters..but guess what, the little cute icon falls off without me even laying a finger on it, yes! Falls completely off.. so back to Futureshop I go.
As I got to customer service the guy tells me to grab a new box, there were only two left so I grabbed the prettier box, brought it up to the counter and talked myself into purchasing warranty as well! Another $20.00 dollars on these babys.
A few days go by and what do I notice? That same little icon thingy that was broken the first time is now scratched! Almost undetectable, but after all it’s me, so of course no matter how little the dent or scratch is, I am supper irritated! So after all that I am just waiting for a speaker to blow or something so I can go back to Futureshop and get a brand new pair, yes you read that right I am that person. Haha
But let’s see the overall take on these monsters?
Let’s say ♥♥♥♡♡/♥♥♥♥♥
The sound quality is great, ear buds fit funny, the design is beautiful, but quality wise, not worth my 2 cents.
Boo! A very irritated and dissapointed ohsotedious.
